Kenzo Sushi Bistro

We were invited to attend the soft opening "private party" of Kenzo Sushi Bistro last night. The place is simply awesome. Charlie Cho and Jimmy Park, the owners, did a fantastic job with the decor and chose a really great location for the restaurant. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The chefs are fast and talented. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a great show of sushi mastery. The fish was super fresh with generous portions and dessert included mochi flown in from Honolulu, the same place Nobu get his from.

Located in the LaCenterra. complex in Katy, the place should draw in a steady crowd of hip CNKs (couple no kids) and daters.
